This pouch uses a three-side-seal construction, with seals running along both sides and the top, so the panels stay flat with no side folds. Both the front and back panels take full artwork, which suits layouts that carry brand story, origin and selling points across the whole face, while the resealable zipper lets shoppers open and reclose the pack, so partly eaten nuts and dried fruit can simply be pressed shut again.
The lamination balances stiffness and barrier: the pouch holds its shape and stacks well, while the barrier layers slow moisture and oxygen ingress, which limits oxidation, softening and moisture pick-up so texture holds up. Rotogravure printing holds photographic detail and text sharply, well suited to product shots and origin-scene artwork, and samples are run against the customer's own design.
Volume and pouch dimensions follow the retail format, film structure is set to the required shelf-life with an appropriate barrier grade, and the zipper can be a plain press-to-close type or a slider style. Structure and print samples are recommended first so stiffness, shade and opening feel can be checked before bulk production, with MOQ and lead time set by the final specification.
