An eight-side-seal pouch is welded along eight edges; when opened out it forms a neat square block that will not slump on shelf, presenting almost like a folding carton while keeping the weight and freight advantages of flexible packaging. The flat base stacks stably, which suits mid-to-premium products that need a gift-box feel.
The closure is a re-closable zipper, available as a standard press-to-close track or a slider. The track costs less and suits home storage after a one-off purchase; the slider feels better in the hand and suits products taken out frequently. A tear notch or easy-peel film can be added below the zipper so the first opening is smooth and clean.
Material is chosen to suit the contents: PET+AL+PE for high barrier (light and moisture protection) or a standard PET+PE structure, with matt, soft-touch or spot-UV finishes available for a premium feel. Suitable for powdered drinks, nuts, pet treats, coffee beans, tea and household granules. Customisable: size, volume, zipper type, structure, surface finish and printed layout.
