Product Overview
This stand-up spout pouch is designed for large single-trip filling. It covers 250ml to 5L and uses a reinforced bottom gusset, so a filled pouch stands upright on a shelf, in a commercial kitchen or outdoors. The 33mm high-flow spout pours cleanly with a dust cap or tamper-evident cap, and resists both dripping and product clinging when used for cooking oil, sauces or beverage concentrates.
The body is a three-layer PET+VMPET+PE lamination. The metallised core layer blocks light and oxygen to extend shelf life, and the seal width can be tuned to your filling line pressure for automatic filling equipment. An integrated top handle is available, comfortable enough to carry a full 5L pouch one-handed.
Customisable: volume, spout diameter (29 / 32 / 38mm), spout position (centred or offset), handle, and the printed layout. We customise from your artwork or a physical sample, reproduce brand colours with ten-colour gravure printing, and the first round of samples is free.
