Cui Ya, Board Secretary and Product Director of the lead unit Famajia, delivered a speech, extending a warm welcome and sincere thanks to the experts, equipment manufacturing enterprises and user representatives attending the seminar, and introduced the industry development status of automatic packaging quality inspection machines for oral liquid. Chen Runjie, Secretary-General of the National Packaging Machinery Standardization Technical Committee, summarized the standard's earlier formulation process, including pre-research, project initiation and drafting. This meeting was an offline centralized discussion and consultation organized for all parties after several online consultation meetings. He expressed the hope that the participating representatives would, in the principle of scientific rigor and a pragmatic pursuit of truth, fully exchange views and put forward more constructive suggestions, strictly follow the national standard development and revision process, advance the standard formulation work with high quality and on schedule, and use the standard to lead the localization level of online inspection equipment for oral liquid packaging and ensure the packaging quality of oral liquid. The standard drafting working group reported on the background of project initiation, market research, data collection, draft preparation and the consultation process, as well as the overall framework and main technical content of the standard. During the discussion session, experts, equipment manufacturing enterprises, pharmaceutical and health food production users, and representatives of universities and research institutes, combining the GMP management requirements of oral liquid production, the actual working conditions of production lines, and the experience in equipment R&D, manufacturing and application, carried out full demonstration item by item on key technical clauses such as the terms and definitions of equipment in the standard, model, composition, basic parameters and working conditions, the determination of the missed detection rate and false detection rate indicators of the inspection module for various defects, and the determination of the sample size of test methods, taking into account the scientificity, advancement and operability of the standard, and striving to make the standard meet the high-quality development needs of the domestic bottled oral liquid industry. On October 27, the participating representatives visited the 68th National Pharmaceutical Machinery Expo, conducted on-site research on various visual inspection equipment for bottled oral liquid, and, in combination with the content of this standard discussion, compared the latest technical achievements and equipment application in the industry to further verify the applicability and advancement of the standard clauses. This seminar built a platform for collaborative exchange among all parties, consolidated industry consensus, and used standards to lead the high-quality and standardized development of the pharmaceutical and food packaging inspection equipment industry.
